The Path of Happy Destiny 11" x 14"

11" x 14" original oil painting on stretched canvas.  The painting continues around the  1.5" sides of the canvas. The path is one of my favorites to walk, making its way around Lake Murray in La Mesa, California.  The late afternoon shadows and the warm light in the tall trees caught my eye, a moment of beauty in my everyday landscape.
